seconds 0, 5–255 10 Sets the length of time in the off-line

command mode before the modem

goes into standby mode. A value

of zero prevents standby mode; a

value of 1–4 sets the value to 5.

decimal 0-3, 6,7 6 Selects the digital loss if using the

modem thru a PBX line. The

default value is -6dB loss, the

value used when calling from a

typical POTS line long distance.
